Where does my cash back get paid?
We pay this into your bank or Paypal account so please remember once you’ve registered, to login, go to your profile and add your bank/Paypal account details – we can’t pay you without them!

Absolutely nothing! Yippee!! You simply earn money from spending it with our partners!
How much money do I have to spend to get money back?
Each cash back offer will let you know what you need to do to receive your cash back. For instance, for a restaurant you may need to spend £30, for a beauty salon you may need to book a certain treatment … all our cash back offers will be really clear so there’s no confusion!
Can I use one cash back code more than once?
You can only use one cash back code per visit to our partners. Don’t worry though – you can download and use as many cash back codes as you desire! Just remember to use a different one each time you visit.
Do I need to keep a copy of my bill?
We always say yes to this just in case!
When do you pay me my cash back?
Show me the money!!
You will receive your cash back 60 days after you have redeemed cash back. For example the cash back that you have accrued for the whole month of August, will be paid to you on 1st November.
Remember, you can also convert your cash back into vouchers from a choice of our partners – you get an extra 20% added to your cash back if you convert – brilliant!!

Can I convert my cash back into vouchers?
Oh yes, you can indeed! If you choose to do this you will get an extra 20% added to your cash back! You can also choose the partner you would like to exchange your cash back with vouchers!
How do I know when my cash back is ready?
We will drop you an email to let you know that your cash back is ready for you! All you need to do is, logon and tell us whether you would like to convert to vouchers, receive the cash back via Paypal or your bank. It’s that easy!
What if my cash back isn’t confirmed?
Oh no! Please don’t worry – we will resolve this for you straight away. To make this a little bit easier, please keep your receipt that our partner will give you (if they don’t, please ask). If your confirmed cash back isn’t showing in your account please just let us know (please allow 5 working days for this to show).
I’ve forgotten my password and/or username

How do I know that you’ve paid my cash back?
This will be in your profile …. You will know exactly what cash back offers you’ve downloaded, whether you’ve redeemed them and what stage we are at with paying you. If you opt to receive your cash back rather than convert to a voucher (remember – you got an extra 20% of value when converting to a voucher!!) when you check your PayPal or bank statement the payment will be received from “PVP”. FabEast is a company formed under the PVP Group.
How do I convert my cash back to a voucher?
it’s easy peasy! Once our partners have confirmed you have used your cash back offer, we will drop you an email to let you know that you can now choose how you would like your cash back! Your choices are for this to be transferred to your bank account, transferred to your PayPal account or you can convert this to a voucher. You just need to visit the site and go to “cash back unleashed” and select your option! Remember … you receive an extra 20% in value if you convert to a voucher!

Why aren’t I receiving FabEast emails?
Please check your junk/spam folder. To make sure you get all of our emails, just go to your junk folder on your email and click on “never block this group".
