We work on a very simple model... offering customers cash back to encourage them to spend their hard earned cash with you over your competitors.

Using FabEast is so very easy and you can manage it all by yourself! Of course, we are here if you need us but we have made everything so easy for you!

We pay out cash back once you have validated this and we’ve made validations so easy! You can also add total spend so you know exactly, to the penny, how much money customers have spent with you at a very small cost to you!

How do I know we’ve had cash back offers downloaded?
Our system will tell you – you simply log into your account and everything is there for you! It also tells whether vouchers have been validated and what stage they are at. To “it also tells you whether vouchers have been redeemed and validated.

How much cash back should I give?
It's entirely up to you what you offer as cash back! Each cash back offer should be looked at individually. You can offer either a set figure (which is perfect for beauty salons and some other partners) or you can offer a % cash back based on a total spend figure. This is a great option for a restaurant as the more customers spend with you, the more they get back.

How do I download the QR code app?
Go to apps on your iPhone or iPad and search for “QR Reader for iPhone” and install it – it’s free and easy to use!

Should I have an offer as well?
Again, this is your call but let’s be honest, everyone LOVES an offer! It’s important to remember that you are offering cash back which is a HUGE incentive to visit you. An offer would definitely boost sales so it’s completely your call! Remember, we’re here to help so just give us a shout if you need a hand with this!

How do I get an invoice?
Invoices are self generating – yippee!! You don’t have to do a thing! before the end of every month, you will receive an email from us to let you know that your invoice is ready! Remember, you are only paying for the cash back offers that have been redeemed and validated. If you need full details of your invoice, just log on and check the info.

It is really important that you validate the cash back that has been redeemed by the 14th of the month otherwise, this will delay us paying your FabEast customers!

How do I pay you?
Bank transfer please! This is the quickest and easiest way to make a payment to us. We will then pay your customers the cash back owed.

How do we pay customers their cash back?
You don’t need to – we do this for you! We incur bank charges but not you! We need you to confirm (validate) the cash back that your customers have redeemed within 2 weeks of the month following on from redemption. We will then send you an invoice of which needs to be paid at 30 days.

How do I redeem an offer that a customer has used?
Its so easy!

All you need to do is logon and go to “redeem voucher”. If you are redeeming this directly through FabEast you will need to input the full voucher code, exactly as you see it on either the SMS or the email voucher. For example : RARE-8GI7HEWQ. Simply add in the code on the voucher and the total amount that the customer has spent. That’s it! You will then confirm/validate this redemption at the start of the following month!

Remember to use your QR reader for this …. It’s so easy peasy! Just scan the voucher, it will take you directly to the redeem screen and simply add in the total spend – that’s it!!

Can I have several cash back offers running?
You can indeed – you can have as many or as few as you like! You just need to ensure that they’re appealing! As always … we are here to help so let us!

Do I need to have an expiry date?
Yes please!

We ask you to have an expiry date so that you can change your cash back offers as much as possible so customers see something new!
You don’t want them to miss your offer because they have seen it many times!

Can I stop offers running?
You can indeed however …. For those who of downloaded the cash back offer, this is still valid. Either until the expiry date or until they redeem it.

Can I have multiple users?
These users will not be able to do anything with offers however, they can validate cash back offers when customers visit your business.

Can I record redeemed vouchers and add online at a later date?
Absolutely!

You can redeem the vouchers any time within the month they are used.
To make this easier for you to do, visit your admin page and download the voucher redemption form so you can keep a track. We do advise you to keep the receipts with a copy bill so it’s easier for you to validate.
We would also recommend that you aim for redeeming online daily or weekly... you don’t want to find yourselves with a big back log!

Can I redeem vouchers at the time they are used?
Absolutely! This is easy for you to do... Simply use the QR reader and scan the voucher. This will automatically add the individual code – all you need to do is add the total bill amount and hit redeem. It’s that easy!

When do I validate redeemed offers?
We ask you to please validate your redeemed cash back offers within 14 days of the month end. You will then receive an invoice; we can then pay your FabEast customers their cash back.

Redeeming … validations …. I’m confused!?
Please don’t be! Let us explain a little more! When a customer downloads a voucher, we need to make sure that they use it before we even think about rewarding them! When a customer visits you, you must redeem their voucher (either there and then by using the QR reader or by keeping a written record so you can redeem vouchers at a later date).

Redeeming a voucher means that you are confirming they are entitled to their cash back. We ask all of our partners to validate offers to confirm that you are happy for us to go ahead and pay your FabEast customers their cash back. The validation part is a protector for you and gives you the opportunity to double check bill amounts to ensure you are not paying out more cash back then needed! Remember, once you have validated a sale you are confirming to us that the customer is entitled to their cash back – this cannot be reverted.

How do I download the QR reader app?
Go to apps on your iPhone or iPad and search for “Mobiletag”. You are looking for the Mobiletag Barcode Scanner and QR reader. All you need to do is download it - it’s free and easy to use!

Can I set up an offer to run in the future?
Absolutely! When you add your cash back offer you can add a start and end date... Simply put the date in when you would like to offer your cash back from and we’ll

Why aren’t I receiving FabEast emails?
Please check your junk/spam folder. To make sure you get all of our emails, just go to your junk folder on your email and click on “never block this group".

What are your payment terms?
Our payment terms are 30 days... We will invoice you near the end of each month, once your cash back offers have been validated. We ask you to pay on 30 days so we can pay your FabEast customers quickly!

What types of reports can we run?
Oh my gosh... several!

Downloaded cash back, redeemed cash back, validated cash back, spend reports... You name it you can have it! If there is a specific report you need please just let us know and we’ll create it for you.

Do I need to keep any paperwork when redeeming vouchers?
We highly recommend you keep the receipt (copy of bill) and if a printed cash back offer, keep this too. When you are validating your cash back offers, you can double check these by using the receipts. Remember – once you have validated your sales you are committing to paying your FabEast customers their cash back so its important you check the total bill figure!
